    Hello everyone,
     
    We currently have a strange behavior. Sometimes the agent script Button is available to open agent script 
     
    and sometimes the same button for the agent script is not clickable
     
    The agent has the same capabilities, roles etc all the time.

    Could it be for different media types?  You have to set the properties of the script the the type of interaction the agent is on, including inbound and outbound dialing.
