I may be wrong here, but I think this is more a limitation of email than of Genesys Cloud.
This tool is used to reply to an email, so I can understand why you wouldn't manipulate the "To:" since that would make it a "Forward".
Regarding the multiple "From:" I don't know of any system that allows you to send an email "from" multiple addresses.
I believe it does allow multiple entries in the "CC:" and "BCC:" fields, which is consistent with general email systems.
Ort am I missing something here?

At first, I have a data table of storing email address list for From, To, and CC.
As refer to image below, multiples of email addresses need to be include in the additional options box of 'Override From', 'Override Reply To', and additional 'Cc addresses'
Any suggest method to fill multiple addresses into these fields besides of manual assign those emails with using make list collection.
Ps: I found the 'From' and 'To' is only assign for one email address only.
