Hi all,

I have issue when trying to display a Purecloud dashboard and adding metric widget "Answer %" by user
I receive "-" on the result, however all other metrics are working fine

Any idea ?

Actually answer % should just be available for the queues and not for the users filter.  For the users we recommend using answer.
I'll work with development to get answer % removed.
