    Tip: To ensure that users are able to log in from ADFS to PureCloud on both the extranet and the intranet, select Forms Authentication for extranet and Forms Authentication and Windows Authentication for intranet in ADFS > Authentication Policies. See https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-microsoft-adfs-single-sign-provider.
