Try to set up this integration towards azure. Have tried both NorwayEast and Northeurope. I see in Voice service in Azure this is the link to endpoint. https://norwayeast.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/

If I use this link in picture below without sts/v1.0/issuetoken the integration don´t get an error, but in flow it is no sound. Does anyone have expierence setting up Text to Speech in Voice Service in Azure and have any tip?

I've run into the same pitfall here as you previously. The regions you've tested aren't supported.
