We have started to receive a high-ticket volume of issues relating to either Genesys not loading, or the Hub start page not loading when first accessing in the morning. It essentially seems to be stuck loading and will continuously spin without change.
Troubleshooting found it is only the first thing accessed that gets stuck like this. Generally refreshing the page or opening a new tab and/or window seems to allow things to then load as expected. Issue seems to be with current version of Edge: 128.0.2739.42
