  • 1.  Microsoft Edge Chromium Support for webRTC

    Is there an update to when Microsoft Edge Chromium will be officially supported for webRTC phones? I've done some testing and it does work however the Genesys Cloud documentation says webRTC phones are not supported.

    Not supported on original Edge release, but the current release works well with WebRTC phones.  I use it every day.  At some point, someone at Genesys will find some time to do some testing.  The sum (yes pun intended) is that there is a big difference between supported and works.
