  • 1.  Microsoft Teams Integration

    We are going to integrate Teams and Genesys soon so we can utilize the presence status and ability to transfer calls to Teams users.  In the documentation it shows there are 2 permissions needed.  One of the permissions is available but the Integration > microsoftTeams>View permission is not showing under the roles.  Will this permission become available once we install the Microsoft Teams App?  

    Also, will all Teams and Genesys users need the microsoftTeams permission or only the Genesys users?  Currently, there are many Teams users that are not in Genesys.

    Hello Tonya, 

    I believe this permission becomes available once you install the MS Teams integration. 

    Only the users in Genesys that will use MS teams need the permission.
