We are working on integrating Microsoft Teams in Genesys. We were successfully able to get the Genesys users who also use Teams to show their Teams' presence and badge. However, we have not been able to bring in the Microsoft Teams only users.

We followed the instructions to map the telephone number and objectid from article Configure the Microsoft Teams integration - Genesys Cloud Resource Center.

We are unsure how to populate UC-only users in Genesys through SCIM. It states placeholder accounts are created for UC-only users through the SCIM sync into Genesys in article Types of users based on login - Genesys Cloud Resource Center but we cannot find instructions showing how to do this.

Can anyone guide us or does anyone have instructions on how to do this?

I have a customer care ticket open and have also posted this question in the developer forum.

Hello @Tonya Keith, you will want to provision your UC only users in the same way you provisioned your hybrid users.  The details of that process can be found here.  These users will not be billed as long as they never log into Genesys Cloud.
