I know that Genesys Cloud supports multiple SSO integrations, now supporting up to 30 different identity providers, but I'm not sure about your set up. Was it working before? If so, you may want to open a case with Product Support so that they can investigate this further.

We are currently deploying a customer. Genesys main users (agents/supervisors) have been deployed using domain A (local LDAP/SSO) while Microsoft Teams Integration is using Entra ID with domain B. Is this something somehow supported and if yes, how?
Till now:
- Microsoft Teams Sync is not working
- User directory is having doublon (user1@domainA and user1@domainB)
