    Dear community,

    We are currently deploying a customer. Genesys main users (agents/supervisors) have been deployed using domain A (local LDAP/SSO) while Microsoft Teams Integration is using Entra ID with domain B. Is this something somehow supported and if yes, how?

    Till now:

    1. Microsoft Teams Sync is not working
    2. User directory is having doublon (user1@domainA and user1@domainB)
