    Would like to know when will Microsoft Teams & zoom integration with GenesysCloud  is available ?


    Appreciate if anyone has done this before. Thanks in advance.

    You can setup Genesys Cloud BYOC with Teams Direct Routing now through a certified SBC.  The integration of directories, chat, status, presence and the use of Teams as the softphone in Genesys Cloud are all on the short term roadmap.  Expect some great things in the next few months.

    Hi Robert

    Does the short term roadmap include removing the dependency on an SBC for this integration?  Will that integration be available for all implementation types (BYOC Cloud, premise etc)?

    Not likely.  That is a restriction of Microsoft and Genesys probably dies not want to give up their $0.002 per minute.
