Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi Team

We are trying to migrate SSO from one provider to another.

For Dev/testing purpose, both SSO (Existing Okta and new Azure) will be active within the same Org, will this be supported with Genesys Cloud CX.

Would appreciate any help/guidance.

Hi Harshit, yes you can have more than one SSO provider per org, they'll be represented by multiple provider icons at the org login page.
