    Hey 

    We are moving from Verint WFM to Genesys and we are wondering if there is a way to take info out of Verint and auto load it into Genesys? thinking things like 

    • user accounts 
    • Holidays 
    • Shifts / breaks etc 
    • Historical absence

    You are kind of going at it backward.  Yes, you can take out the users and schedules, but not the breaks/shifts and absences.

    You can import users through the CSV, but there would be a lot of massaging of the data.  

    The holidays cannot really be imported, but I guess you could convert the information to JSON and use the API to import them, but that would take longer than just inputting them. 

    Shifts and breaks are part of work plans and there is no real good way of converting between that and Work Plans in Genesys.  

    Absence can be converted using the Time-off Allotment API, but again, a lot of conversion and formatting needed.
