    Good afternoon people,

    Would it be possible or is there a roadmap to reduce the part of interactions during the service?

    In the conversation part where are the interactions that I am attending

    Not currently, but good idea, so I added this to the Ideas site:  Allow conversations space to be minimized | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
