Hello everyone!
Was wondering if anyone has had any success in building out notifications (email or really any other platform) for missed calls (non-ACD, direct to users)? We receive voicemail email notifications but not missed calls today.
The path we are exploring today is to use the process automation topics to send a notification to a workflow (we were thinking the v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.customer.end topic and filtering for any voice inbound call), and then calling a data action to grab more details about the conversation to determine if a call was not picked up (missed) and finally using the SMTP integration to send an email to the user.
This is fairly complex (not even sure if it would work) so wanted to see if anyone had any better ideas.
