Hi,
When I query Conversation Details for a specific conversationId the respose includes a divisionId equal to Home. A similar query against Conversation Aggregates with a filter on the same conversationId and a groupBy on divisionId gives the response that there is no divisionId.
The conversation in question has an error but I can't tell why that would have anything to do with the divisionId.
Any ideas?

Customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the forum. If you believe that analytics queries are returning incorrect data, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate.
