    Hi,

    in my organization we have three type of user, roles and permission:

    - Collaborate
    - Communicate
    - PureCloud 2

    from today PureCloud 2 license doesn't appear

    Hi Sergio,

    If there were no changes with your subscription level, and the PureCloud 2 license is gone from your subscriptions I would recommend to contact our Customer Care Team to review your account and report the said incident so necessary changes will be applied.
