Hi Tibin, you'll need to check whether you have gone through the setup of your org to support "hybrid" model.  That will allow you to have both on-premise Edges+SIP trunks, as well as BYOC-C "Edges" and BYOC-C trunks.

Essentially you can start off having both BYOC-Cloud and on-premise running in isolation of each other but you'll need to go through the full setup if you want calls and agents to interact across both telephony models and trunks.

It seems organization is already hybrid media capable(Provisioned last year) and i could see premises EDGEs are associated to hybrid media Edge group.

So i can configure BYOC Carrier trunks using below documentation, right?
