Mixing of Inbound agent on outbound campaign

    I am looking for an option to utilize the agents logged in on the inbound queue A when the call volume is minimal or less for place the call for the outbound campaigns and the flexibility should be dynamic that when the inbound call volume increases, then the agents who are part of the queue A should take only inbound call and no outbound calls.
