  • 1.  MMS Media Types Needed

    Does anyone know if we can send PDF attachments thru SMS? I know we have the agility to send jpg, png, and gif; however, we have a customer that is reliant on sending and receiving PDF attachments through SMS. Is there and API that would help, or is this a new feature that should be proposed on the Ideas Lab?

    Just looking for some guidance. Thanks to anyone who can help!

    While MMS does support PDF with most carriers, Genesys currently only allows certain graphic/image/video/audio files.  Here is an idea that you can vote on:  https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-1229
