  • 1.  Mobile app for contact center

    I continue to receive inquiries from customers about a mobile app for the contact center users, specifically something that allows them to receive ACD calls (maybe other interaction types).   I don't see anything on the roadmap.   I'm curious if others are being asked about this.  It seems that in the majority of instances, an agent would need to be in front of their computer to effectively handle a contact center interaction, but I continue to get asked about this.

    Please up-vote any existing ideas and/or add yours. We are always gathering data from our user base to put together a proposal to add on to our roadmap.
