    I have several users in my Org that work out in the field.  We are trying to access the Genesys Communicate app and it's not allowing us to sign in or recognize our Organization.  Has anyone else had this issue?  How did you solve?

    Just a hunch, but make sure users are selecting the correct region (e.g., Americas (US West) ) on the app Log In screen
