There is a parameter under Admin>Account Settings>Organization Settings Settings tab called
Timeout Seconds. To my mind, that should set the default value on Users when they are created...but it doesn't.
If you think that is a bug, and it
should set the default value for a new user, you might open a support case to have it looked into.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default timeout that is set on a user for Voicemail Timeout when you initially create the user? (Short of going in one by one) I looked over the API calls and I do not see that you can modify this on a CSV, I thought, perhaps, it might be a field that we could add to the CSV, via the bulk import, and set that like you would the users queues, skills, etc.
