  • 1.  Monitor an agent's screens across interactions

    I understand that this feature will be rolled out starting today, 6/29/2026.  I'm in US East and we get ours after 2200 Wednesday night.  When can I expect the new permissions to be visible in my tenant in order to have them assigned and ready for the feature to be activated?

    Rial, typically, all organizations receive the update by the end of the launch week.
