What is the best way to monitor the edges?
I can't find any info regarding this on the help page?

Is SNMP supported? 

I'm thinking a scenario where you have a big customer with a operations departement.
They need a good way to monitor the edges, then the statuspage in purecloud is not an efficient way.

I wholeheartedly agree. The lack of proactive monitoring options of the Edge devices is one of the things I've been waiting for. Wouldn't mind an alerting rule in PureCloud itself.

I'm pretty sure if I show up to a operation center and say they need a separate screen to view this things they will ask why can't we use the solution we use for all the servers and apps today?

It should be a way to integrate monitoring of the edges in for example
Munin, Nagios, Splunk and other monitoring solutions.

It seems a basic and standard feature in all systems (health monitoring) would be included in consideration of the monthly recurring costs of PureCloud, rather than have that development foist upon every paying customer.

there are multiple ways to deploy a Lambda function, either doing it from the AWS console or via a framework (serverless.com).
The repository contains the source code for each Lambda function but it's up to you to decide how to deploy it.
