Hello,

I have integrated the AWS event bridge with Genesys and I was looking to see if any event topic that provided the MOS scoring for an Interaction. I used the "v2.analytics.conversation.{id}.metrics" topic and I was not able to find and MOS scoring in the event?

I was unable to see one that specifically showed MOS scores for calls, so hopefully someone else in the community can help or you could also try asking this on the Developer Forum
