  • 1.  Most Useful Architect Feature

    Posted 20 days ago

    Hi everyone,

After working with Architect for some time, which feature has made the biggest difference in your projects?

For me, reusable tasks and Data Actions have significantly reduced maintenance effort.

What feature do you consider the most valuable, and why?

    Thanks for sharing your experience!

    Hi Fausto,

For me, it would be a combination of Data Actions, Reusable Tasks, and Process Automation Triggers.

Data Actions have made it much easier to integrate with external systems such as our CRM and BMC, while Reusable Tasks have significantly reduced duplication and simplified maintenance across multiple flows.

More recently, Process Automation Triggers have been a game changer for building event-driven workflows without constantly polling APIs. We've used them for automation and integrations that react to real-time events, which has opened up many new possibilities.

Those three features have probably had the biggest impact on our Architect projects.

The dependency search is incredibly helpful when needing to make updates to greetings and prompts so I can quickly tell which flows that specific one is tied to. I would love to see more things such as "contactable time sets" have a dependency search.
