Hi Fausto,
For me, it would be a combination of Data Actions, Reusable Tasks, and Process Automation Triggers.
Data Actions have made it much easier to integrate with external systems such as our CRM and BMC, while Reusable Tasks have significantly reduced duplication and simplified maintenance across multiple flows.
More recently, Process Automation Triggers have been a game changer for building event-driven workflows without constantly polling APIs. We've used them for automation and integrations that react to real-time events, which has opened up many new possibilities.
Those three features have probably had the biggest impact on our Architect projects.
