    Every release since 2.43.829.0 our users are experiencing mouse lag any time they get a call, and we have to roll back to 2.43.829.0 .  One big caveat; we are using instant clone vdi machines.  We do have other departments running newer versions of the desktop app locally on laptops that do not experience the same mouse lag.  So yes, I do accept that vdi is certainly playing it's part.  I'm just trying to figure out what changed in the app that could be causing the issue.  All versions prior to 2.44.848 do not have this issue with vdi.  I don't want to keep falling so far behind on versions; so we may just move to Chrome and GCBA if we can't figure it out soon.  Anyone else running into this?  Thanks as always!
