  • 1.  Moving Agent from one Management Unit to Another

    Agent's historical adherence and schedule history will be lost... Needing to add an Agent to another Management Unit and receiving this error message. Is there a way to move the agent without losing the historical data?

    Unfortunately, there is not.  You will loose historical data for Forecasting and scheduling for that user including adherence and the like, but their call stats and all other information under Agent Performance will not be lost
