    Hello Everyone, 

    We will be moving to Genesys Cloud here in the next few months from PureConnect. 

    I am looking for ideas or what you have done on getting PureConnect recordings moved over to Genesys Cloud? Or if there was other solutions Third party or inhouse solutions that were used on retaining these recordings, and as well playing them as well when needed.

    Hello Burton, 

    Recordings in Genesys Cloud we have the AWS recording integration. The documentation can be found here. 

    You maybe able to spin this integration up in AWS move the recordings over from pure connect where they can exist. But I have very little knowledge about PureConnect and its APIs and not sure if this will work or not.

    Hello Burton,

    Based on my understanding, Genesys Cloud does not support importing recordings from Genesys Connect or other sources. The migrator tool is designed for PureConnect-to-PureConnect migrations. However, Genesys offers a solution called Genesys Recording as a Service (R2S), which is available on the AppFoundry. To my knowledge, this service also supports PureConnect recordings.
