  • 1.  Moving WFM MU to another BU - anyone have any experiences?

    Hey all,

    I'm about to try to move a MU from one BU to another...

    Does anyone have any experience of doing this? 

    in particular how well does an existing schedule for the agents survive the transfer - ie do they see their currently published schedules from the original MU still, or does the slate get wiped clean and they see nothing?

    I have not tried this, but all the beef is in the MU, not the BU, so I would assume that all information and configuration is carried over.  One thing would be the historical reporting might be messed up if the BU reference point changes mid-stream, so if you report over the change period, you might seem some strange numbers.
