  • 1.  MS Dynamics Auth Issues using msDynamicsAppClientSecretAuth

    Hi,
    Does anyone have successfully integrate Genesys with MS Dynamics 365 using the msDynamicsAppClientSecretAuth authentication method?
    We did enter
    -Root Organization Web Address  (https://XXXXXXX.dynamics.com)
    -Entra ID Application ID
    -Entra ID Application Client Secret
    In our case we are getting this error msg when testing

    Hi Sebastien,

    The "INVALID_CREDENTIALS" shows that the issue is with the remote third-party service during authentication to the remote endpoint. 

    Have you double checked your msDynamics credentials?

    Yep, several time et also reset the secret and we also test the SDK from MS Dynamics with those credential and were able to login.

    If we create a web service and manually enter information we are able to get a Token from msDynamics and use it into a custom Data action....

    Hi Sebastien,

    Sorry for the delay in response on this one,  did you manage to resolve this.  If not, I think you would need to open a case with Genesys Product Support to check if there is anything else blocking this.
