    Hi,

    the presence status of a MS Teams User is not available within the integrated Salesforce Client :( . In the GC UI there is the possibility to have a separate search tab (sse attached screenshot) for MS Teams Users synced to GC. When the update is generally available - how could i see the presence of MS Teams User in the Genesys Salesforce Client (Version 4.14)? I only can see GC Users and Queues, not MS Teams Users with presence (Salesforce Client)

    Hello everyone, I can comment on this.  It is true this is not available today, however; this concept has not been abandoned.  We are in design conversations to optimize the presence API to allow GC Admins the ability to configure which presence value from which system is displayed in certain situations.  This will allow the GC platform to determine which presence value from which platform to display in the GC UI (whether that be Desktop/Web app or GC Embedded client).  

    This will prevent the rules from being written into the GC embedded client itself potentially causing performance issues.

    This work is being tracked with this Aha idea (UCC-I-586).
