    Is it possible to see MS Teams User Status in Embedded Client while transfering an active interaction as it is possible in the native Cloud UI?

    Not supported at this time, but PM knows about this issue and here is the idea:  Need to see Teams user presence while | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
