    Hi,

    We have some agents that we have had enable the multi-contextual panel for "testing." 

    During this trial, we realized that the consult transfer view/icons have changed. We could not locate this change. We wanted to let other users know. This caused a little bit of confusion for our agents and wanted to bring this up to assist others prior to the permanent change.

    Hi,
    I have the same question as you and came across this thread while preparing a document for users.
    I found the following document (see pages 10–11) regarding the UI changes:

    Also, this feature is described as follows:

    This feature is currently in GA with Admin Capability. This will allow you to slowly roll the feature out to a select few.
    The admin capability will be discontinued at the end of Q1 2025, whereby all environments will be moved to a multi-panel experience.
