Hi Community ,

We have received an announcement from Genesys : "Starting on February 9, Genesys Cloud will remove the ability for Administrators to log in using only a username and password. At that time, Genesys Cloud Administrators must also use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when they sign into Genesys Cloud."

Is there anyone who are using a group's email id as administrator login to Genesys Cloud (this could be because your support staff is working in shift and instead of the support group having individual id's they support via a group emailid to login to Genesys). I want to know your concerns and how you plan to resolve this ?

Hi Garima,

I don't think there is a workaround for this. Each admin would need a login.

You could use Authorized organizations to use the login from your main Org to access other orgs with approved access
