Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

Our testers do not like that "Under the new configuration, when clicking '<' ("Hide") the Interaction tab contents completely disappear".  They liked the old "Collapse" option. Is this something that I can configure/allow them to have?

They'd like more tools added, especially if it would allow simultaneous viewing of the Interactions side-tab contents. The current tools available in the multi-panel view are not useful for our call-center's setup.

I've had the same feedback from staff in our Org, that they prefer the size of the image above.  The new Multipanel has reduced this to around the 3rd of the size, so when they look at queues or dashboards, they see a lot less. 

Having the option for staff to resize this viewing area would be a great future update if its not available at launch.
