You can get information from Genesys here:
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/multitenant-security/Essentially, each ORG gets their own secured storage and that is where configurations and data are stored in S3 buckets and a Hadoop data lake. Access to this data requires a user on that ORG since it is encrypted with the region name and the ORG ID, so without using that, no one outside of that ORG can decode the data. While some functions are shared like Dynamo DB or Elastic Search, all functions are done through the PureCloud API using credentials of the ORG, so even though the common apps may be shared by many ORGs, the data cannot transverse ORGs.

Subject: Multi tenancy
Hi,
Up to what extent the multi tenancy feature is supported in PureCloud? i.e. in terms of,
1. Sharing the recourses and
2. Privacy that includes reporting, recording, supervision and quality management
3. Is there any limitations on number of tenants?
Please advise. Thank you
