    Hi,

    1. Is it possible to have Multiple Levels for Wrap-up Codes. Example if the wrap-up code is selected as, Transfer, then agent should be able to select the Department name from drop-down and then the Person name from that department. 

    2. Can we have Cumulative Break time of agents on the real time bash board ?

    Is it  possible to achieve those! Some of the competitors are offering this feature since long time.
