I was wondering if it is possible to target multiple mobile numbers via a call flow. We are currently trying to help a customer who needs the call to ring on ALL agents mobiles at the same time. We have tried the broadcast ring and when the number is >15 some agents do not receive a call as part of the rotation even if they are logged into the communicate app.
It would be good if we can target multiple mobiles via a call flow so that the calls hit every agent in every instance even if the number is > 15 agents. Is this possible ?.
Is it also possible to offer a more graceful presence/availability solution such as a broadcast ring to all users and control via power off ?
