    Hello,

    I would like to create two separate organizations inside the same PureCloud Instance.

    The first organization will treat the Europe Side (6 countries) 
    The second organization will treat only France (1 country)

    How can I create those two organizations ? (Sites, Locations, Division, Access control ... )

    Use divisions.  You could have a France division and a non-France division.  You could also just create a France division and leave everyone else in the default Home division.
    Note that not everything belongs to a division--sites & locations do not, as the administrator you just need to create separate entities and use them for each division as necessary.

    So, we'll have : a division for France including its own Queues, Agents, groups...
                             a division for Europe, with different sites (inside this division we have different countries, so for each country we assign a Site ? )
