Hello,
Right now we have one Salesforce Integration allowing us to access data from our Salesforce instance. However is it possible to configure additional Salesforce Integrations/Data Actions?
We will have different Salesforce environments and it would be very very helpful if we could have one Purecloud instance connect or be configured to reach out to different Salesforce Environments.
I opened a ticket with Genesys but their advice didn't seem to apply to my case and they suggested I post here.

You can create multiple Salesforce Integrations, with each one pointing to a different Salesforce instance. The actions for a given integration would then be tied to the specific Salesforce instance. The action inport/export feature may be your friend if you need similar actions across multiple integrations/Salesforce instances.

Ahh perfect thanks Jason. For some reason I couldn't figure it out last week but sure enough I now have two Salesforce integrations.
Thanks!
