Hello everyone,

I completed the Genesys Cloud WEM/WFM Certification yesterday and wanted to share a few observations that may help others preparing for the exam.

From my experience, many questions were focused on:

• Forecasting
• Scheduling
• Work Plans
• Planning Groups

A large number of questions were also scenario-based, so understanding the concepts is important rather than just memorizing definitions.

I would recommend spending extra time on:

• Adherence and Shrinkage
• Time Off Management
• Work Plans
• Planning Groups
• Forecasting
• Real-Time Adherence
• Historical Adherence
• Intraday Monitoring

It is also helpful to have a basic understanding of:

• Business Units (BU)
• Management Units (MU)

I noticed a smaller number of questions related to:

• Contact Center Administration
• Implementation topics

Bonus Tip: Don't skip the chapter review sections in the study guide. I found them very helpful for exam preparation and revision.
