ACL has been enabled in Ireland, and in doing so, a bug was introduced that prevented a user from getting their own queues without the routing > queue > join permission. A fix is working its way out and will hopefully be released soon (timeline still uncertain), but in the meantime, adding routing > queue > join for those agents should restore their list of queues.
