    All our voice calls will pop a webpage.  unfortunately our agents are wrapping up the call without saving the data in the webpage.
    Is there a way to programmatically. keep them from wrapping up until they've completed the web form?

    apparently electric shock as a training method is frowned apon.

    No, the PureCloud client doesn't have a way to know what's going on in that web page.

    You'd probably have to build a custom client and build that check into that client's functionality.

    Check out the Client DSKs on https://developer.mypurecloud.com and ask questions on the forum there if you decide to go that route.
