    Hi all,

    I'm looking at the ability of uploading a contact list for an Agentless campaign, which is only containing Scheduled Calls. I've been unable to get this to work, unsure whether or not this is possible or that we have to use an API to change the contacts in the list to the required date and time?

    The contacts are coming as CSV out of another system.

    Can someone advise?

    I would include a date/time for the scheduled time and use a Pre-call rule to check "before time" operator in the rule and skip it if not past that time.
