Need a help how to get the study material for below mentioned certification from Genesys Learning portal. I need the eBook link if any can share it will be helpful.

Genesys Cloud CX: Workforce Management Certification

Genesys Cloud CX: AI – GPE & GPR Certification

If you log into education.genesys.com and go to this page: https://education.genesys.com/explore/certification/cloud#GCAI

It will list all of the recommended preparation courses. As always, some may require a subscription to access. But, usually, they offer instructor or self-study options.
