    Hi Mohammad,

    Unfortunately there is no free eBook available for the Genesys Cloud Professional Certification (GC-GCP). To access the official study materials and eBook content you will need a Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription via the Genesys Beyond portal at beyond.genesys.com.

    If you are looking to reduce the cost, you can use your Genesys Orchestrator points to redeem a Learning Subscription so it's worth checking your points balance before purchasing directly.
